摘　　要：在全球化经济浪潮的席卷下,民族文化面临传承发展的危机与挑战。梅卓的《佛子》从文学视角分析了藏族文化在市场经济、文化知识和思想观念的冲击下悄然发生变迁,人们逐渐摆脱宗教的束缚,更加关注自我生活、、自我成长、自我发展的时候,人本主义思想逐渐深入人心。研究认为传统文化要以一种开放包容的姿态投入到全球化大背景下的文化交流,摒弃自己文化中不适应社会发展的因子,吸取世界先进文化的养分,才能不断焕发生机与活力,才能在现代化进程中发挥民族文化的引领作用。With the globalization of economy,ethnic culture is facing both crises and challenge in its inheritance and development.From the perspective of literature,The Buddhists,a novel written by Meizhuo,illustrates that the Tibetan culture is changing quietly under the impact of market economy,science and technology and modern rational values.People gradually get rid of the shackles of religion and pay more attention to self-life,selfgrowth and self-development,and humanistic thoughts are gradually rooted in people's hearts.The research holds that traditional culture should blend with cultural exchanges under the background of globalization with an open and inclusive attitude,discard the factors that do not adapt to social development,and absorb the nutrients of the world's advanced culture.Only in this way can it regain vitality and play a leading role of ethnic culture in the process of modernization.
