摘　　要：珠光砂板结已经成为危害空分设备安全运行的重要因素,珠光砂板结会引起阀门或者管道故障,造成空分冷损增加,甚至引发空分塔的安全运行,造成事故,结合本车间1#、4#制氧机空分塔出现的珠光砂板结的情况,分析珠光砂板结原因,并从设计、运行、维护等方面提出预防珠光砂板结的措施。Pearlite hardening has become an important factor endangering the safe operation of air separation plant.It will cause the valve or pipeline failure,increase the cooling loss of air separation,and even cause the safe operation of air separation tower,resulting in accidents.Combined with the pearlite hardening in the air separation tower of No.1 and No.4 oxygen generator in the workshop,the causes of pearlite hardening are analyzed,and the measures to prevent pearlite hardening from the aspects of design,operation and maintenance are put forward in this paper.
