摘　　要：贵冶熔炼一系统蒸汽干燥机主要用于对备料预干燥过来的铜精矿进行二次干燥,文中主要介绍了一种创新加工工艺对干燥机大直径侧挡轮进行现场不拆卸车削修复,该加工工艺满足了机械设备检修过程中的一些大尺寸、无拆卸条件备件的车削修复要求。The steam dryer of smelting systemⅠin Guixi Smelter is mainly used for secondary drying of pre-dried copper concentrate.In this paper,an innovative machining process which repair the large diameter side gear of the dryer on site without disassembly is introduced.The machining process meets the requirements of turning repair of some large-size spare parts without disassembly condition in the process of mechanical equipment repair.
