痔康洗剂雾化熏洗联合痔疮栓在混合痔术后的效果观察

摘　　要：为观察痔康洗剂雾化熏洗联合痔疮栓在混合痔术后患者的应用效果,将80例混合痔患者随机分为对照组和观察组,每组40例。2组患者均行混合痔外剥内扎术,术后对照组患者给予痔疮栓治疗,观察组患者给予痔疮栓联合痔康洗剂雾化熏洗治疗,2组患者持续治疗2周后观察创面愈合时间、住院时间、疼痛程度以及肛缘水肿情况。结果显示,观察组患者创面愈合时间、住院时间均短于对照组(P<0.05);治疗后观察组患者疼痛评分、水肿评分均低于对照组(P<0.05)。结果表明,痔康洗剂雾化熏洗联合痔疮栓可有效缩短患者术后创面愈合时间及住院时间,减轻患者肛门疼痛和水肿,推荐使用。This study was to observe the efficacy of Zhikang lotion nebulized for fuming-wash(shortly named as Lotion)and hemorrhoids suppository applied after surgery for mixed hemorrhoids,randomly divided 80patients who had all received external dissection&internal ligature into control group(40cases,adopted hemorrhoids suppository)and observation group(40cases,hemorrhoids suppository plus Lotion);after 2weeks of above treatment,observed both groups'time for wound-surface healing and for hospitalization,pain intensity,and ano-edge edema status.As results,in the time for wound-surface healing and for hospitalization,as well as in the score ratings on pian and on edema observation group was respectively shorter,as well as lower than control group(all,P<0.05).Results show that Lotion plus hemorrhoids suppository can effectively shorten wound-surface healing time and hospitalization time,and recuce patients'pain and edema of anus,which is recommended for application.
