乳糖酶联合蒙脱石散对小儿急性腹泻继发乳糖不耐受疾病中的疗效观察

摘　　要：为观察乳糖酶联合蒙脱石散对小儿急性腹泻继发乳糖不耐受疾病中的效果,选取我院2019年8月至2020年3月收治的小儿急性腹泻继发乳糖不耐受疾病120例,将其随机分为观察组和对照组,每组60例。对照组患儿给予蒙脱石散口服治疗,观察组患儿在对照组的基础上给予乳糖酶口服治疗,观察2组患儿的疗效、临床症状持续时间及排便次数。结果显示,观察组患儿治疗总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组患儿临床症状持续时间短于对照组(P<0.05);治疗前2组患儿排便次数比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),治疗后观察组患儿排便次数明显少于对照组(P<0.05)。结果表明,乳糖酶联合蒙脱石散在治疗小儿急性腹泻继发乳糖不耐受疾病中效果显著。This study was to investigate the effect of lactase plus montmorillonite powder(MP)on infantile acute diarrhea(IAD)secondary lactose intolerance(LI),120infantile patients with above conditions treated in author's hospital from 2019-08to 2020-03were enrolled and divided into control group(60cases,only orally administered MP)and observation group(60cases,MP plus lactase,orally administered);then,observed both groups'effect,patients'symptoms lasting time and defecation frequency.As results,in total effective rate,in the time of symptoms lasting,and in defecation frequency after treatment,observation group was respectively higher,shorter,and less than control group(all,P<0.05);only,in the defecation frequency before treatment there was no statistical difference between the two groups(P>0.05).Results show that for IAD scondory LI the combination of both drugs has significant effect.
