摘  要:为判断某车型电动座椅升降电机异常阶次噪声的成因以便有针对性地加以改善,首先对电机内部结构进行剖析,发现电机转子因矫正动平衡而开有非对称的辅助槽,然后从气隙磁场及径向电磁力分析入手,定性地讨论由辅助槽引起的气隙磁密和不平衡磁拉力特性,利用时步有限元法进一步分析了径向电磁力和定子壳体结构振动响应的阶次特征,结果发现异常阶次噪声来源于非对称辅助槽,利用所提出的转子齿面等效减重法和转子配重法,成功抑制了电机异常阶次噪声,提升了电动座椅的乘坐舒适性。In order to diagnose the cause of abnormal noise order for the seat lift motor,this paper first starts from the analysis of the internal structure of the motor,it is found that the rotor of the motor has asymmetric auxiliary slots due to the correction of the dynamic balance,then analyzes the air gap magnetic field and radial electromagnetic force,and qualitatively discusses the characteristics of the air gap magnetic density and unbalanced magnetic tension caused by the auxiliary slots,and uses Time Stepping Finite Element Method(T-S FEM)to further analyze radial electromagnetic force and order characteristics of vibration response of stator shell structure.The paper determines that the abnormal noise order comes from the asymmetric auxiliary slots on the rotor teeth,and proposes the rotor tooth surface equivalent weight reduction method and the rotor counterweight method to inhibit abnormal noise order of the motor,which improves ride comfort of electric seats.
