摘 要:采用数值模拟的方法来研究一种专用割嘴内部的气液流动情况,液态流场采用标准k-ε湍流模型和离散相模型(DPM)来描述。通过分析该新型氧-乙醇汽油割嘴内部气液流动状况,探索了该乙醇汽油割嘴设计的合理性。结果表明,对于这种乙醇汽油割嘴,当液相入口压力为0.2 MPa时,乙醇汽油与氧气作用后在割嘴内部的速度场、压力场分布均匀,能满足燃烧的连续性与稳定性。In this paper,the gas-liquid flow in a special cutting nozzle is studied by numerical simulation.The liquid flow field is described by standard turbulence model and discrete phase model(DPM).By analyzing the gas-liquid flow in the new oxygen ethanol gasoline cutting nozzle,the rationality of the design of the ethanol gasoline cutting nozzle is explored.The results show that for this ethanol gasoline cutting nozzle,when the liquid phase inlet pressure is 0.2 MPa,the velocity field and pressure field in the cutting nozzle are evenly distributed after the action of ethanol gasoline and oxygen,which can meet the continuity and stability of combustion.
