摘 要:为了提高纸质财务报销凭证的录入准确性和效率,改善纸质凭证电子化入账后的数据通用性,提出基于图像识别算法的财务凭证自动录入预处理系统。针对我国大多数集团企业及其子公司财务较为独立的特点,在进行系统需求分析基础上,进行了图像识别和自动录入系统的设计,最后基于GA算法对该财务系统进行了改进并对比分析。研究发现:在连接数20以内时,传统算法和改进算法并没有显著差别,呈近似正相关线性增长;但是当连接数超过20之后,采用原算法所耗费的时间明显高于改进算法,且并发数越多改进算法优势越明显;同时,当连接数为100次时,改进算法的数据吞吐量达到约7.5 MB/s,而常规算法的数据吞吐量仅为5.3 MB/s,吞吐效率提升约41.5%。说明改进后的预处理录入系统在系统响应时间和数据吞吐量方面具有较为明显的优势。In order to improve the accuracy and efficiency of the input of paper financial reimbursement vouchers,and to improve the data versatility of paper vouchers after electronic entry,this paper proposes a preprocessing system for automatic entry of financial vouchers based on image recognition algorithm.In view of the relatively independent financial characteristics of most group companies and their subsidiaries in my country,based on the analysis of system requirements,the design of image recognition and automatic entry system is carried out.Finally,the financial system is improved and compared based on GA algorithm.The study found when the number of connections is less than 20,there is no significant difference between the traditional algorithm and the improved algorithm,showing a positive correlation linear growth of myopia;but when the number of connections exceeds 20,the time consumed by the original algorithm is significantly higher than that of the improved algorithm.The more the number is,the more obvious the advantage of the improved algorithm.At the same time,when the number of connections is 100 times,the data throughput of the improved algorithm reach about 7.5 MB/s,while the data throughput of the conventional algorithm are only 5.3 MB/s,and the throughput efficiency is increased by about 41.5%.It shows that the improved preprocessing input system has obvious advantages in system response time and data throughput.
