摘 要:传统配网节点电压监控技术存在监控稳定性差、监测效率低等问题,无法满足目前需求。为此,提出基于轮询电表带电状态的配网节点电压监控方法。对配网节点电压进行分布评估,针对不同节点电压分布评估做出合理预判,应用于不同测量范围的监测电表;建立配网节点电压监测模型,对其进行特征结构表达。通过总体控制、电压协调、分级调节,实现配网节点电压控制。实验结果表明所提方法监测节点电压稳定性较好,且准确性较高。The traditional voltage monitoring technology of distribution network nodes has some problems,such as poor monitoring stability and low monitoring efficiency,which cannot meet the current demand.For this reason,this paper proposes a voltage monitoring method for distribution network nodes based on polling the live state of electricity meters.It carries out voltage distribution assessment at distribution network nodes,makes reasonable prediction for voltage distribution assessment at different nodes,and applies it to monitor electricity meters with different measurement ranges.The voltage monitoring model of distribution network nodes is established and its characteristic structure is expressed.Through the overall control,voltage coordination,grading regulation,the distribution network node voltage control is realized.The experimental results show that the proposed method has good voltage stability and high accuracy.
