摘　　要：目的:了解西藏自治区0~5岁儿童的母乳喂养持续时间,分析其影响因素,旨在为当地科学合理母乳喂养提供理论支撑。方法:利用西藏第六次国家卫生服务调查资料,提取数据库中0~5岁儿童一般情况及喂养方式信息,采用生存分析法对母乳喂养持续时间进行估计并分析影响因素。结果:西藏0~5岁儿童母乳喂养持续时间中位数和纯母乳喂养持续时间中位数分别为12个月和2个月;Log-rank检验显示:市(地)、吸吮时间和辅食添加时间是母乳喂养持续时间的影响因素(P≤0.001);户口性质、市(地)、吸吮时间和辅食添加时间是纯母乳喂养持续时间的影响因素(P≤0.001)。结论:西藏自治区0~5岁儿童喂养持续时间与世界卫生组织(WHO)标准有一定差距,不同特征儿童喂养持续时间有所差异,建议采取有针对性的干预措施,加强科学合理母乳喂养。Objective To investigate the duration of breastfeeding among children aged 0~5 years in Tibet Autonomous Region and to analyze the influencing factors of the duration of breastfeeding in order to provide theoretical support for local scientific and reasonable breastfeeding. Methods Using the data of the Sixth National Health Service Survey in Tibet, the general situation and feeding patterns of children aged 0~5 years old were extracted from the database, and survival analysis was used to estimate the duration of breastfeeding and analyze the influencing factors. Results The median duration of breastfeeding and exclusive breastfeeding for children aged 0~5 years in Tibet were 12 months and 2 months respectively. The log-rank test showed that the duration of breastfeeding was affected by location(city), sucking time, and supplemental food time(P≤0.001). The type of registered permanent residence, city(prefecture), sucking time and supplementary feeding time were the influencing factors of the duration of exclusive breastfeeding(P≤0.001). Conclusion There is a certain gap between the feeding duration of children aged 0~5 years in Tibet Autonomous Region and the WHO standard. The feeding duration of children with different characteristics is different. It is suggested to take targeted intervention measures to strengthen scientific and reasonable breastfeeding.
