摘　　要：护工,一个常常被忽视的群体,他们虽然不是医院的医务人员,却在病人的护理康复中发挥了重要作用,是病人家属,倚靠的重要力量。张厚礼就是这样--名护工,一名来自济南南部山区的农民。张厚礼从事护工工作以来,凭着踏实肯干、勤恳本分的品质,得到了护理对象的高度认可。Zhang Houli is a nursing worker from the southern mountain area of Jinan.Before becoming a nursing worker,he worked as a construction worker,plumber,truck driver,and the like.Because of his aplastic anemia,as he grew older,he could not undertake too heavy physical work.By chance,he joined the nursing team.
