摘　　要：随着油田开发的不断深入,污水成分日益复杂,处理难度不断增大,水质达标困难。葡三-1污水处理站采用"悬浮污泥+单阀滤罐"处理工艺,设计规模8 000 m^(3)/d。该污水站接收前端5个地区来液,因单阀滤罐投产建成后一直无法正常运行,导致水质长期不达标,无法满足油田开发要求。为此,开展旋流过滤装置处理试验研究,解决单阀滤罐滤后水质不能够稳定达标问题。现场试验表明,该旋流过滤装置处理后水中含油质量浓度低于10 mg/L、悬浮物质量浓度低于5 mg/L,取得了较好的应用效果。With the deepening development of the oilfield,the composition of sewage is becoming increasingly complex,the difficulty of treatment is increasing,and it is difficult for water quality to meet standards.The P3-1 sewage treatment station adopts the treatment process of"suspended sludge+single valve filter tank"with a design scale of 8000 m^(3)/d.The sewage station receives incoming liquid from 5 areas at the front end.Since the single-valve filter tank cannot run normally after it is put into production and built,the water quality is not up to standard for a long time,which cannot meet the requirements of oilfield development.Therefore,treatment experiment of cyclone filter device is carried out to solve the problem that the water quality cannot reach the standard stably after the filtration of the single valve filter tank.Field tests show that the oil content in water is less than 10 mg/L and the suspended matter content is less than 5 mg/L after treatment by the cyclone filter device,and good application effects have been achieved.
