摘 要:我国长输油气管网途经众多地层沉陷区域,会对管道的安全运行带来威胁。为研究地层沉陷对地表及埋地管道变形的影响,考虑管土间相互作用,利用FLAC3D有限差分软件建立了埋地管道在土体下部地层沉陷作用下的数值计算模型,讨论了沉陷量、沉陷区长度以及密度、内聚力、膨胀角、内摩擦角等土体参数对地表位移及管道受力变形的影响。结果表明:地表位移在不同位置处、不同情况下差别较大;管道变形主要发生在沉陷区中心段,而管道往往在沉陷区边界处受力最大;不同土体参数对管道受力变形的影响不同,其中土壤内聚力对管道变形的影响相对较大;随沉陷区长度增加,管道纵向位移减小,但沉陷区长度增加到一定值后,对管道变形的影响很小。通过数值分析,可为通过竖向地表位移监测来判断管道的安全情况提供参考。The long-distance oil and gas pipelines in China pass through many strata subsidence areas,which will bring threats to the safe operation of pipelines.In order to study the effect of strata subsidence on the deformation of the surface and buried pipelines,considering the interaction between pipeline and soil,the numerical calculation model of buried pipeline under strata subsidence area is established by the finite difference software FLAC3D.The influence of soil parameters on the surface displacement and pipeline deformation is discussed,including strata subsidence quantity,subsidence area length and soil properties such as density,cohesion,expansion angle,and internal friction angle.Results show that the surface displacement varies greatly in different positions or different conditions.The deformation of pipelines mainly occurs in the central section of the subsidence area,and the maximum stress is usually at the boundary of the subsidence area.Different soil parameters have different effects on the stress deformation of pipelines,and the influence of soil cohesion is relatively large.With the increase of the length of the subsidence area,the longitudinal displacement of the pipeline decreases,but when the length of the subsidence area increases to a certain value,it has a little effect on the pipeline deformation.Numerical analysis can provide a reference for judging the safety of the pipeline through vertical surface displacement monitoring.
