摘  要:针对阿独线ZLM IP 530/06泵导流器叶片焊缝失效和断裂,从焊接结构、断口宏观形貌、断口微观形貌和泵组内部流场四个维度开展失效机理分析。研究表明,导流器叶片焊缝断口出现疲劳辉纹,疲劳是导致焊缝出现开裂的主要原因;叶片与导流器基体单侧焊且未满焊的焊接结构不合理;基体中的铁素体和珠光体金相组织抗开裂性差;在流体冲击下,内侧叶片角焊缝靠内圈一端焊趾处存在应力集中成为疲劳源;疲劳裂纹萌生于母材铁素体和珠光体边界,形成裂纹并扩展最终导致叶片断裂。建议导流器材料选用金相组织和性能优于热轧结构钢S355J2的双相不锈钢,增大导流器叶片厚度和焊缝焊角,并采用双面满焊焊接方式强化焊缝强度。In order to analyze the weld failure and vane fracture of the ZLM IP 530/06 pump diffuser installed at A-Du crude oil pipeline,the failure mechanism analysis is carried out from four dimensions of weld construction,macroscopic appearance of fracture,microscopic appearance of fracture and internal flow field of the pump unit.Research shows that fatigue striation appears in the weld fracture of diffuser vane,fatigue is the main cause of weld cracking.Welding structure of single side incomplete welding is unreasonable between blade and diffuser,metallographic structures of base metal are ferrite and pearlite which have poor crack resistance.Stress concentration happens at weld toe of fillet weld of inner vanes under fluid impact becomes fatigue source,fatigue crack appears at the ferrite pearlite boundary of base metal,cracks formed and propagated leading to fracture eventually.It is suggested that the dual-phase stainless steel with better metallographic structure and performance than hot-rolled structural steel S355J2 should be used as the diffuser material,the thickness and welding angle of the diffuser vane should be increased,and the weld strength should be strengthened by double-sided full welding.
