摘　　要：为缓解单井拉油点传统原油生产方式与生产成本、交接计量、运费计量间的矛盾,以拉运车辆、装卸油量、行车路线、运费计量的对口管控为指标,在拉油点、拉油车、卸油点分别安装数据采集与监控系统,在监控中心设置后台管控系统。通过视频监控识别拉运车辆,通过远程授权开闭阀门电子锁,通过拉、卸油量在线对比确定油量损失,通过GPS定位精确计量车辆运费。对拉运式原油生产全过程进行监控,节约了用工数量,遏制了盗油行为,提高了拉油点原油生产的管控效率。In order to alleviate the contradiction between the traditional crude oil production mode and production cost,handover measurement,and freight measurement of hauling oil point of single well,the data acquisition and monitoring system is installed in the loading point of crude oil,vehicles of hauling oil and unloading point respectively,and the background control system is set in the monitoring center,the corresponding control of hauling oil vehicle,loading and unloading volume,driving route and freight measurement has been taken as the index.The vehicle is identified by video monitoring,remotely authorization of the opening and closing of electronic valve locks,determination of the oil loss through online comparison of loading and unloading oil,and accurately measuring the vehicle freight by GPS positioning.By monitoring the whole process of crude oil production,labor is saved,oil theft is restrained,and the management and control efficiency of crude oil production is improved.
