摘　　要：目的探讨自杀风险评估的分层护理对住院抑郁症患者自杀行为的影响。方法选取我院2018年1月至2020年1月期间收治的住院抑郁症患者78例,采用随机数字表法将其分为观察组(n=39)与对照组(n=39),对照组患者采用常规护理进行干预,观察组患者采用自杀风险评估分层护理进行干预,比较两组患者护理前后对自杀行为性质认识、态度等QSA评分情况、悲观厌世言行发生率及最终出现割脉、撞墙、自缢与服药等自杀行为的发生率。结果两组患者护理前QSA各项内容评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),护理后均有所提升,而观察组患者评分提升幅度明显超过对照组(P<0.05)。观察组患者发生厌世言行25例,发生率为64.1%,对照组发生37例,发生率为94.9%,观察组明显高于观察组(P<0.05)。观察组患者割脉1例,撞墙2例,服药3例,自杀行为发生率为15.4%,对照组患者出现割脉3例,撞墙4例,自缢4例,服药7例,自杀发生率为46.2%,高于观察组(P<0.05)。结论为住院抑郁症患者提供自杀风险评估的分层护理干预,对患者自杀行为的影响较大,能够很大程度地稳定患者情绪,改变认识与认知,降低厌世言行及自杀行为的发生,具有很高的应用效果。Objective To explore the effect of stratified nursing of suicide risk assessment on suicidal behavior in hospitalized patients with depression. Methods A total of 78 depression patients admitted to our hospital from January2018 to January 2020 were selected and divided into the observation group(39 cases) and the control group(39 cases)by random number table method. Patients in the control group were intervened by conventional nursing care. The patients in the observation group were intervened by suicide risk assessment stratified nursing. The QSA scores, such as knowledge and attitude of suicidal behavior,the incidence of world-weariness words and deeds, and the final occurrence of suicide risk assessment, hitting a wall, hanging, and taking drugs, were compared before and after nursing. Results The scores of the QSA content of the two groups before nursing were close(P>0.05). And they were improved after nursing. In contrast, the observation group′s increase in scores was significantly higher than that of the control group(P <0.05).In the observation group, 25 cases of world-weariness words and deeds occurred, with an incidence of 64.1%.Thirty-seven cases in the control group had world-weariness words and deeds,with an incidence of 94.9%,which was significantly higher than that of the observation group(P<0.05).In the observation group,1 case had a vein cut, 2 cases hit the wall, and 3 cases took medicine. The suicide rate was 15.4%.In the control group,3 cases had cut vein,4 cases hit the wall,4 cases hung, 7 cases took medicine, and the suicide rate was 46.2%, higher than that of the observation group(P<0.05). Conclusion Providing stratified nursing interventions of suicide risk assessment for hospitalized depression patients greatly impacts patients′ suicidal behavior. It can stabilize patients′ moods to a large extent, change their cognition and cognition, and reduce the occurrence of misogyny and suicidal behavior.It has a very high application effect.
