摘 要:针对食管覆膜支架存在生产效率低以及因覆膜强度不足而易引起食管再狭窄等术后并发症的问题,运用一体化编织成型技术,将镍钛合金丝和高强涤纶复丝一次性制备成一体化食管覆膜支架。通过定伸长拉伸、平板压缩和弹性回直力测试对该覆膜支架的可输送性、径向支撑性能、覆膜强度和弯曲性能进行研究。结果表明:一体化食管覆膜支架的外直径可被压缩至原直径的45.39%,弹性回复率为96.81%,径向压缩强力为489.42 cN;50次定伸长测试后膜材料未出现任何磨损或者断裂现象;弯曲180°时仍保持管腔直径的稳定和管道的通畅。由此可见,该一体化食管覆膜支架具有优良的可输送性、稳定的径向支撑性、优异的覆膜耐疲劳性和良好的柔顺性。In view of the low production efficiency of the esophageal stent graft and the problem of postoperative complications such as esophageal restenosis due to insufficient graft strength, an integrated esophageal stent graft was prepared at one time with nitinol alloy wire and high-strength polyester multifilament based on the integrated braiding technology. The transportability, radial support performance, graft strength and bending performance of the integrated stent graft were studied through constant elongation tensile test, radial compression and elastic recovery force tests. The results show that the outer diameter of the integrated esophageal stent graft can be compressed to 45.39% of the original;the elastic recovery rate is 96.81% and the radial compression strength is 489.42 cN;after 50 constant elongation tests, there is no wear or breakage of the membrane material;the diameter of the stent and the smoothness of the pipeline are still maintained after 180° bending. It indicates that the braided integrated esophageal stent graft has excellent transportability, stable radial support performance, excellent fatigue resistance and good flexibility.
