摘  要:盐酸四环素作为典型的抗生素,会带来显著的环境问题。实验以MOFs为前驱体,制备出Fe_(3)O_(4)/MIL-101(Fe),并对Fe_(3)O_(4)/MIL-101(Fe)活化过硫酸钾降解盐酸四环素废水的性能进行研究,得出了降解盐酸四环素的最佳条件。分别采用TEM、EDX、XRD、IR等表征方法,分析了催化剂的微观结构、成分、晶体结构等,并通过对材料进行磁滞回线测试来研究外部磁场存在下的磁分离效果。结果表明:铁离子在催化剂作用阶段有重要作用,铁离子的投入有利于纳米级氧化物的产生,随着铁离子的增加,催化剂的效果变得显著。在反应体系的最优条件下,盐酸四环素的去除率为89%;对催化剂进行循环回收实验,经过连续3次重复使用后,催化剂在最佳条件下对盐酸四环素的去除率仍可以达到85%以上。Tetracycline hydrochloride,as a typical antibiotic,brings about significant environmental problems.Fe_(3)O_(4)/MIL-101(Fe)was prepared with MOFs as precursor,and the degradation of tetracycline hydrochloride wastewater by potassium persulfate activated by Fe_(3)O_(4)/MIL-101(Fe)was studied.TEM,EDX,XRD,IR and other characterization methods were used to analyze the microstructure,composition and crystal structure of the catalyst,and the hysteresis loop of the material was tested to study the magnetic separation effect in the presence of external magnetic field.The results show that iron ion plays an important role in the catalyst stage,and the input of iron ion is conducive to the generation of nano oxide.With the increase of iron ion,the effect of catalyst becomes significant.The removal rate of tetracycline hydrochloride was 89%under the optimal conditions of the reaction system.The recycling test of the catalyst showed that the removal rate of tetracycline hydrochloride could reach more than 85%under the optimal conditions after repeated use for three times.
