摘 要:辽河油田储气库群的部分区块存在地层出砂风险,需要采用筛管防砂完井,而筛管评价及优选是筛管防砂完井的关键。为更好地满足气井防砂评价试验的需要,基于筛管防砂原理,研制出一套气井防砂试验装置。该装置采用具有侧部导气槽和下部出砂口的砂漏结构设计,实现高速气体缓慢混砂功能,真实模拟气井防砂过程。同时,针对雷61储气库的地层砂特征和生产条件,开展了金属滤网筛管和自洁缝隙筛管的试验研究。研究表明:①金属滤网筛管初始过流能力是自洁缝隙筛管的3.8倍,筛管表面形成砂层后,金属滤网筛管过流能力是自洁缝隙筛管的4.5倍;②金属滤网筛管的过流抗堵性能优于自洁缝隙筛管,而自洁缝隙筛管的挡砂性能优于金属滤网筛管;③随着筛管外侧砂层厚度增大,气井产量会出现下降,自洁缝隙筛管下降更明显;④在雷61储气库的储层砂样特征和生产条件下,自洁缝隙筛管的挡砂性能要明显优于金属滤网筛管,并且两种筛管均具有较好的抗堵塞性能;⑤为了平衡防砂和产量之间的关系,兼顾考虑成本因素,推荐产量高的水平井采用金属滤网筛管,产量低的定向井采用自洁缝隙筛管。It is necessary to implement sand-control screen cementing in some UGSs of Liaohe oilfield due to some risks of sand production.And to evaluate and optimize the screen is very critical.So,a set of sand-control experimental device was developed based on screen principle.The device is designed as an hourglass with a side gas channel and a lower sand outlet,so it can make sand slowly mix at a high rate of gas flow and simulate the sand-control process.In addition,according to sand-production characteristics and production conditions in Lei 61 UGS,some experiments on both spiral and ladder slotted screen pipes were carried out.Results show that(1)for the spiral screen pipe,the initial flow capacity and the flow capacity are 3.8 times and 4.5 times slotted screen pipe after covered by sand;(2)it is not easier to plug the spiral screen pipe than the slotted one,but the latter is better than the former in blocking sand;(3)with thickening sand outside the screen pipe,the production may decrease and is more obviously in one gas well equipped with the ladder-slotted screen pipe;(4)in this UGS,the ladder-slotted screen pipe works more effective than the spiral screen pipe in blocking sand,but both have good plugging resistance;and(5)to balance high production with sand control and take cost control into account,it is proposed to use the spiral screen pipe in a horizontal well with high production while the ladder-slotted screen pipe in a directional well with low production.
