摘　　要：涪陵页岩气田为我国第一个实现商业化开发的页岩气田,目前页岩气开发已进入递减阶段,室内模拟开发过程的衰竭开采(定产、定压)实验的相关研究鲜有报道。因此针对目前生产产量递减过快的严峻形势,室内研制了模拟现场衰竭开采方式的实验方法和物模装置,利用该装置研究了页岩气开采递减规律及其影响因素,并采用偏最小二乘法(PLS)模块大数据分析方法,计算了最终采出程度的不同影响因素的权重(VIP值),确定最终采出程度的主要影响因素。研究结果表明:①页岩气高速衰竭开采时分2个阶段,低速时分3个阶段,生产井流态与之相似,衰竭开采时流速存在一个临界值;②页岩气室内衰竭开采特征的递减阶段表现为调和递减,初始递减率与渗透率成正相关关系;③最终采出程度的主要影响因素是渗流能力、开采压力及页岩品质。Fuling shale gasfield,as the first one developed commercially in China,has entered a production-declining stage.However,few reports have been released on laboratory depletion simulation(at constant production and constant pressure).So,to investigate the reason why the production is rapidly declining,an experimental method and some physical simulation equipments were developed to figure out the laws of shale-gas depletion development and its influencing factors.Moreover,the PLS(partial least squares)method was used to calculate the weights(VIP values)of different factors affecting the ultimate recovery through big data analysis.Results show that,(1)shale-gas depletion development lasts 2 stages at high rate and 3 stages at low rate,respectively.The flow regime in production wells is similar to the simulated one,and there is a critical flow rate during depletion development;and(2)the simulated depletion stage is a harmonic decline curve,and the initial decline rate is positively correlated with permeability;and(3)seepage capacity,producing pressure,and shale quality as the main factors may affect the ultimate recovery.
