双歧三联活菌与乳果糖治疗肝硬化肠源性内毒素血症的疗效

摘　　要：目的评析对肝硬化肠源性内毒素血症患者在用药时双歧三联活菌联合乳果糖对改善患者肝功能与凝血功能的临床有效性。方法此研究的随机选取的92例肝硬化肠源性内毒素血症患者选取时间为2019年4月—2020年4月,分为使用西药的对照组(n=46)和加用双歧三联活菌联合乳果糖的试验组(n=46),评价治疗前后患者肝功能及凝血功能变化。结果治疗前,两组谷丙转氨酶(ALT)、天冬氨酸转氨酶(AST)与凝血酶原时间(PT)、凝血酶时间(TT)差异均无统计学意义(P> 0.05)。治疗后,试验组患者ALT、AST水平,及PT、TT均优于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。用药后试验组肝硬化肠源性内毒素血症患者SF-36生活质量评分优于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P <0.05)。结论对行西药基础治疗的肝硬化肠源性内毒素血症患者采用双歧三联活菌联合乳果糖能够切实改善患者肝功能和凝血功能,对于改善患者用药体验有帮助,能够切实提升患者治疗满意度,可提升患者生活质量。Objective To evaluate the clinical effectiveness of living bifidum triple bacteria combined with lactulose in improving the liver function and blood coagulation function of patients with liver cirrhosis intestinal endotoxemia.Methods 92 randomly selected patients with intestinal endotoxemia in cirrhosis of the study were selected from April 2019 to April 2020, and they were divided into a control group(n=46) using western medicine and a bifidus triplet. In the experimental group of bacteria combined with lactulose(n=46), the changes in liver function and blood coagulation function of patients before and after treatment were evaluated. Results Before treatment, there was no significant difference in alanine aminotransferase(ALT),aspartate aminotransferase(AST), prothrombin time(PT)and thrombin time(TT) between the two groups(P>0.05).After treatment, the levels of alt, AST, Pt and TT in the experimental group were better than those in the control group(P<0.05). After treatment, the SF-36 quality of life score of cirrhotic patients with enterogenous endotoxemia in the experimental group was better than that in the control group(P<0.05). Conclusion For patients with intestinal endotoxemia in liver cirrhosis undergoing basic treatment with western medicine, the use of live bifidus triple bacteria combined with lactulose can effectively improve the liver function and blood coagulation function of the patients,which is helpful to improve the patient’s medication experience and can effectively improve the treatment of patients Satisfaction can improve the quality of life of patients.
