摘　　要：历史城区文化遗产及其整体环境的保护与管控是国土空间保护性详细规划的重要内容。文章在分析历史城区保护规划工作演进历程的基础上,结合新时期历史城区详细规划的问题研判,提出历史城区保护性详细规划改革思路及技术路径,包括从个体保护到格局保护,构建历史城区整体性保护方法;从重点保护转变为肌理保护,构建形态与产权结合的地块保护更新策略;从空间本体走向文化本性,建立文化需求调查及反馈制度;从被动调整走向动态维护,建立详细规划动态评估与维护机制。The conservation and management of historic urban area cultural heritage and its general environment is an important content in territory spatial conservation detailed planning.Based on a review of the evolution of historic urban area conservation planning,the paper studies the problems of historic urban area detailed planning in the new era,puts forwards a reform concept and technical route of detailed planning of historic urban area conservation.It includes establishing form and property right combined conservation and renewal strategies,a cultural needs investigation and feedback mechanism,and dynamic evaluation and maintenance mechanism of detailed planning.With the above measures historic urban area conservation will realize transitions from single building conservation to pattern conservation,from spatial entity conservation to cultural essence conservation,and from passive adjustment to dynamic maintenance.
