摘  要:以苯乙烯为第二单体,采用预乳化乳液聚合工艺制备聚硅氧烷接枝聚苯乙烯乳液,并采用喷雾干燥技术制得硅橡胶粉末,对其进行红外、粒径及分布、TEM、DSC及热失重分析。结果表明:聚苯乙烯成功接枝到聚硅氧烷分子链上,形成了粒径均一且分布较窄的聚硅氧烷接枝聚苯乙烯乳液;分别对其进行DSC和TGA分析显示,苯乙烯改性后的硅橡胶粉末在-50~250℃区间无明显失重峰,在484~580℃区间内,硅橡胶粉末热失重可达59.8%,表示苯乙烯改性后的硅橡胶粉末具有优异的耐高低温性能。Polystyrene siloxane grafted polystyrene emulsion was prepared by pre emulsifying emulsion polymerization with styrene as the second monomer,and the silicone rubber powder was prepared by spray drying technology.The IR,particle size and distribution,TEM,DSC and thermogravimetric analysis were carried out.The results show that:Polystyrene was successfully grafted onto polysiloxane molecular chains to form a polysiloxane grafted polystyrene emulsion with uniform particle size and narrow distribution.DSC and TGA analysis showed that the styrene modifi ed silicone rubber powder had no obvious weightlessness peak at-50~250℃,and the thermal weight loss of silicone rubber powder could reach 59.8%at 484~580℃,indicating that silicon rubber powder modifi ed by styrene has excellent high and low temperature resistance.
