摘 要:提出了一种双层ALC墙板内附轻钢龙骨、岩棉的一种一体化围护墙板结构,该墙板生产时可整体预制出场,安装时无须现场安装龙骨,施工快捷简单,无现场湿作业等优点。制作了双面4×12(mm)纸面石膏夹芯墙板进行对比。对装配式夹芯墙板耐火性能研究依靠结构抗火试验和对组合墙板结构进行Abaqus单面受火有限元模拟,讨论其抗火性能以及破坏机理,验证不同工况情况下结构抗火性能。模拟结果表明:50mm厚ALC墙板和50mm厚轻钢龙骨岩棉保温层组合墙板以及双面4×12(mm)纸面石膏夹芯墙板在ISO 834升温曲线火灾模拟下,满足外围护墙板耐火极限要求。This paper puts forward a kind of double-layer ALC wallboard structure with light steel keel and rock wool.The wallboard can be prefabricated as a whole when produced,and there is no need to install the keel on site when installed.The construction is fast and simple,and there is no wet operation on site.Make the double-sided 4×12(mm)gypsum paper sandwich wallboard for comparing.The research on the fire resistance of assembled sandwich wallboard depends on the fire resistance test of the structure and the Abaqus single-sided fire fi nite element simulation of the composite wallboard structure,discusses its fire resistance and failure mechanism,and verifies the fire resistance of the structure under different working conditions.The simulation results show that 50mm thick ALC wallboard,50mm thick light steel keel rock wool insulation composite wallboard and double-sided 4×12(mm)gypsum paper sandwich wallboard under the ISO 834 fire simulation heating curve can meet the requirements of the fire resistance limit of the peripheral wallboard.
