摘 要:基于经济、安全、技术视角,给排水安装工程领域逐步扩大了聚氯乙烯管材的应用,然而聚氯乙烯管材自身的热稳定性与韧性并不好,需进行改性造粒处理,才可投入实践应用。因此,为进一步优化聚氯乙烯管材性能,针对给排水系统,基于增添增强剂MCRA制备了低塑性聚氯乙烯管材UPVC,并对其物理性能、表观性能、流变性能进行了测试分析。结果表明,增强剂MCRA/聚氯乙烯管材UPVC的相容性与分散性良好,衔接界面未出现组织缺陷,断口位置表现为韧性断裂,添加增强剂可优化聚氯乙烯管材增韧补强效果,并且材料表观性能呈现出协同效应。Based on the perspective of economy,safety and technology,the application of PVC pipes has been gradually expanded in the field of water supply and drainage installation engineering.However,the thermal stability and toughness of PVC pipes are not good,so modified granulation treatment is needed before they can be put into practice.Therefore,in order to further optimize the properties of PVC pipes,for water supply and drainage system,UPVC pipes with low plasticity are prepared based on the addition of reinforcing agent MCRA.The physical properties,apparent properties and rheological properties of UPVC pipes are tested and analyzed.The results show that the compatibility and dispersion of reinforcing agent MCRA/UPVC pipes are good,and there are no structural defects at the interface,the fracture position is ductile fracture,adding reinforcing agent can optimize the toughening and reinforcing effect of PVC pipe,and the apparent properties of the material show synergistic effect.
