摘　　要：氟橡胶具备良好的耐高温与耐介质性能,但是高温高湿环境会直接影响橡胶性能。因此,基于高温高湿环境,对氟橡胶O形密封圈进行了失效行为分析,开展了老化试验研究。结果表明,湿度对于氟橡胶的老化性能影响较为显著;高温高湿环境对于氟橡胶O形密封圈的影响非常明显;氟橡胶于温度/湿度25℃/50%环境下,安全储存寿命约为10.36a。Fluororubber has good high temperature and medium resistance,but high temperature and high humidity environment will directly affect the performance of rubber.Therefore,based on the high temperature and high humidity environment,the failure behavior of fluororubber O-ring was analyzed and the aging test was carried out.The results show that humidity has a signifi cant effect on the aging performance of fluororubber;the infl uence of high temperature and high humidity environment on fluororubber O-ring seal is very obvious;when the temperature/humidity is 25℃/50%,the safe storage life of fluororubber is about 10.36a.
