百令胶囊治疗小儿糖尿病肾损伤的效果

摘　　要：目的观察百令胶囊治疗小儿糖尿病肾损伤的临床效果,为改善患儿肾功能及提高治疗总有效率提供帮助。方法选取2018年4月—2020年4月高唐县人民医院收治的糖尿病肾损伤患儿34例作为研究对象,随机分为观察组和对照组各17例,对照组选择常规治疗方案,观察组选择在对照组基础上联合百令胶囊治疗方案,比较两组患儿血清肌酐(SCr)、尿素氮(BUN)、血清β_(2)-微球蛋白(β_(2)-MG)及转化生长因子-β_(2)(TGF-β1)水平。结果治疗后,观察组患儿SCr、BUN、β_(2)-MG及TGF-β_(2)水平分别为(81.68±8.34)μmol/L、(6.38±1.33)μmol/L、(2.08±0.36)mg/L和(4.62±1.24)μmol/L,均低于对照组的(89.49±8.27)μmol/L、(7.87±1.28)μmol/L、(3.14±0.29)mg/L和(5.64±1.18)μmol/L,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组患儿治疗总有效率为88.24%,高于对照组的76.47%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论百令胶囊可有效改善糖尿病肾损伤患儿的肾功能,提高治疗总有效率,值得在临床上推广应用。Objective To observe the effect of Bailing Capsule in the treatment of children with diabetic kidney injury,to provide help for improving children’s renal function and the total effective rate of treatment.Methods From April 2018 to April 2020,34 children with diabetic kidney injury treated in Gaotang County People’s Hospital were selected as the research objects.They were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group with 17 cases in each group.The control group chose the routine treatment scheme,and the observation group chose the Bailing Capsule combined treatment scheme on the basis of control group.The levels of serum creatinine(SCr),urea nitrogen(BUN),serumβ_(2)-microglobulin(β_(2)-MG)and transforming growth factor-β_(2)(TGF-β_(2))were compared between the two groups.Results After treatment,the levels of SCr,BUN,β_(2)-MG,TGF-β_(2)in the observation group were(81.68±8.34)μmol/L,(6.38±1.33)μmol/L,(2.08±0.36)mg/L and(4.62±1.24)μmol/L,respectively,which were lower than(89.49±8.27)μmol/L,(7.87±1.24)μmol/L,(3.14±0.28)mg/L and(5.64±1.18)μmol/L in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The total effective rate of the observation group was 88.24%,which was higher than 76.47%of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Bailing Capsule could effectively improve the renal function of children with diabetic kidney injury,improve the total effective rate of treatment,which was worthy of clinical promotion and application.
