中药消炎利胆汤联合综合护理治疗胆结石临床观察

摘　　要：目的探讨中药消炎利胆汤联合综合护理治疗胆结石的临床效果。方法选取2018年12月—2020年2月收治的80例胆结石患者,将其分为观察组与对照组,2组均包括40例患者,上述分组主要依据随机数字表法进行。对照组给予熊去氧胆酸片治疗,观察组给予中药消炎利胆汤治疗,2组治疗周期均为1个月,且2组患者均于治疗期间予以综合护理干预。比较2组患者治疗前后负面情绪评分、胆囊壁厚度及胆囊收缩功能、血清IL-6、TNF-α水平。结果与治疗前相比,治疗后2组患者SAS、SDS评分、胆囊壁厚度及血清IL-6、TNF-α水平均降低,且观察组低于对照组;而治疗后胆囊收缩率升高,且观察组高于对照组(均P<0.05)。结论中药消炎利胆汤联合综合护理可改善胆结石患者负面情绪,降低其胆囊壁厚度,使胆囊收缩功能得以改善,同时抑制炎性因子的分泌,降低炎性反应,促进病情恢复。Objective To explore the clinical effect of Xiaoyan Lidan decoction combined with comprehensive nursing in the treatment of gallstones.Methods A total of 80 patients with gallstones treated in our hospital from December 2018 to February 2020 were selected and divided into the observation group and the control group,both groups included 40 patients according to the random number table method.The control group was treated with ursodeoxycholic acid tablets,and the observation group was treated with Xiaoyan Lidan decoction.Both groups were treated for 1 month.And both groups of patients were given comprehensive nursing intervention during treatment.The negative emotion scores,gallbladder wall thickness and gallbladder contraction function,serum IL-6 and TNF-αlevels before and after treatment between the two groups were compared.Results Compared with before treatment,SAS,SDS scores,gallbladder wall thickness and serum IL-6 and TNF-αlevels of the two groups of patients decreased after treatment,and the control group was higher than the observation group.After treatment,the gallbladder contraction rate increased,and the control group was lower than that in the observation group(all P<0.05).Conclusion Xiaoyan Lidan decoction combined with comprehensive care can improve the negative emotions of patients with gallstones,reduce the thickness of the gallbladder wall,improve the contraction of the gallbladder,inhibit the secretion of inflammatory factors,reduce inflammatory reactions,and promote recovery.
