中药熏蒸与温经活血汤联合快速康复外科干预治疗腰椎间盘突出症临床观察

摘　　要：目的研究中药熏蒸与温经活血汤联合快速康复外科干预对腰椎间盘突出症患者腰椎功能及炎性因子水平的影响。方法选取乐安县中医院收治的80例腰椎间盘突出症患者,选例时间为2018年3月—2020年4月,将其分为对照组40例和试验组40例,分组主要依据随机数字表法进行。对照组患者术后使用温经活血汤结合推拿治疗,治疗组患者使用温经活血汤联合中药熏蒸治疗。治疗期间均对2组患者实施快速康复外科干预,2组患者均持续治疗并干预3个月。比较2组患者治疗后临床疗效,治疗前后炎性因子水平、腰椎功能及生活质量评分。结果治疗组患者的临床总有效率为97.50%,高于对照组的65.00%;与治疗前相比,治疗后2组患者血清IL-6、IL-10、TNF-α水平与ODQ评分均明显降低,且治疗组低于对照组;JOA评分明显升高,且治疗组高于对照组(均P<0.05)。结论中药熏蒸与温经活血汤联合快速康复外科干预能有效改善腰椎间盘突出症患者腰椎功能,提高生活质量,降低炎性因子水平,控制病情发展。Objective To investigate the effect of traditional Chinese medicine fumigation and Wenjing Huoxue decoction combined with rapid rehabilitation surgical intervention on lumbar function and inflammatory factors in patients with lumbar disc herniation.Methods A total of 80 patients with lumbar disc herniation admitted to Le’an Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine were selected from March 2018 to April 2020.They were divided into control group(n=40)and experimental group(n=40).The group was mainly based on random number table method.Patients in the control group were treated with Wenjing Huoxue decoction combined with massage after surgery,and patients in the treatment group were treated with Wenjing Huoxue decoction combined with traditional Chinese medicine fumigation.During the treatment,patients in both groups were treated with rapid rehabilitation surgery intervention,and patients in both groups continued treatment and intervention for 3 months.The clinical effect,levels of inflammatory factors,lumbar function and quality of life scores before and after treatment was compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of the treatment group was 97.50%,which was higher than that of the control group(65.00%).Compared with before treatment,the levels of serum IL-6,IL-10,TNF-αand ODQ score in 2 groups were significantly decreased after treatment,and the treatment group was lower than the control group.JOA score in the treatment group was significantly higher than that in the control group(all P<0.05).Conclusion Traditional Chinese medicine fumigation and Wenjing Huoxue decoction combined with rapid rehabilitation surgical intervention can effectively improve the lumbar function of patients with lumbar disc herniation,improve the quality of life,reduce the level of inflammatory factors,and control the development of the disease.
