补中益气汤联合专项护理干预治疗突发性耳聋临床观察

摘　　要：目的研究补中益气汤联合专项护理干预对突发性耳聋患者听力及血液流变学的影响。方法从收治的突发性耳聋患者中选取120例,选取时间控制在2018年5月—2020年5月,分组标准参照随机数字表法,分为试验组、对照组,各60例。对照组采用乌灵胶囊治疗,试验组在对照组基础上联合补中益气汤治疗,2组均连续治疗14 d;且2组均在治疗期间进行专项护理干预。比较2组治疗后临床疗效,治疗前后纯音听阀值、耳鸣评分及血液流变学指标变化。结果治疗后,试验组的临床总有效率(93.33%)高于对照组(80.00%);治疗后,2组患者的纯音听阀值、耳鸣评分及血液流变学指标较治疗前相比,均降低,且试验组较对照组均低(均P<0.05)。结论补中益气汤联合专项护理可有效缓解突发性耳聋患者的临床症状,提高听力水平,同时改善血液流变学指标,促进血液循环。Objective To study the effect of Buzhong Yiqi decoction combined with special nursing intervention on hearing and hemorheology in patients with sudden deafness.Methods A total of 120 patients with sudden deafness admitted to our hospital from May 2018 to May2020 were selected and divided into the control group and the experimental group according to a random number table,with 60 cases in each group.The control group was treated with Wuling capsules,and the experimental group was combined with Buzhong Yiqi decoction on the basis of the control group.Both were treated continuously for 14 d,and both groups received special nursing intervention during the treatment period.The clinical effects of the two groups after treatment were compared,and the pure tone threshold,tinnitus score and hemorheological index changes before and after treatment were compared.Results After treatment,the total clinical effective rate in the experimental group was 93.33%,which was higher than 80.00%in the control group.Compared with before treatment,the pure tone threshold,tinnitus score,plasma viscosity,platelet aggregation rate and hematocrit of the two groups were compared with before treatment.The level decreased of the experimental group was lower than that of the control group(all P<0.05).Conclusion Buzhong Yiqi decoction combined with special nursing care can effectively alleviate the clinical symptoms of patients with sudden deafness,improve hearing ability,improve hemorheology indexes,and promote blood circulation.
