摘 要:目的:探讨“教学做”一体化模式在ICU护士专科评估技能培训中的效果。方法:纳入107名ICU护士,分为实验组(54人)和对照组(53人),对照组采用常规方法,实验组采用“教学做”培训方法。结果:两组CAM-ICU、GCS、CPOT成绩与通过率比较有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组RASS成绩与通过率比较没有统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:“教学做”一体化模式效果良好,值得推荐。Objective:To explore the effect of teaching learning and practicing integration in the technical training of accessment specialized tools for ICU nurse.Methods:A total of 107 ICU nurses in the fourth quarter of 2019 were included as research nurses.According to the schedule,they were divided into the experimental group(54)and the control group(53).The control group received routine skill training method,while the experimental group received teaching learning and practicing integration.Results:The scores and passing rate of CAM-ICU,GCS and CPOT in the experimental group were better than those in the control group(P<0.05).It was no significant difference in RASS between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion:teaching learning and practicing integration has a significant effect in the training of more difficult points items,It is worthy of recommendation in clinical technical training.
