摘　　要：介绍了3.6L绿色环保柴油机的性能提升方案和总体设计方案、关键零部件的设计和配套使用情况。根据国家非道路移动机械四阶段排放标准的要求,通过类比,确定了后处理技术路线以及发动机整机布置方式。通过一些技术手段,提高了功率,降低了燃油消耗率及噪声。试验结果及应用情况表明,该柴油机完全满足性能指标要求,社会效益明显。This paper introduces the 3.6 L diesel engine performance improvement of green environmental protection plan and the overall design scheme,the design of key components and users'feedback.According to ChinaⅣnon-road mobile machinery emissions standards,by analogy,the post-processing technique route and the engine overall design scheme were determined.By some technical means,the power was improved and the fuel consumption and noise were reduced.The test results and application show that the diesel engine can completely meet the requirements of performance index,the social benefit is obvious.
