摘  要:动不平衡是汽车后桥产生振动和噪声的影响因素之一,为了确定动不平衡对于后桥在振动和噪声方面的影响程度,以某一款后桥作为研究对象,对后桥进行了动不平衡调整,并对调整前后的后桥进行了不同工况(匀速、加速、减速)下的振动、噪声测试及分析。结果表明,降低动不平衡,能明显降低后桥的振动和噪声,对于后桥在使用寿命、NVH性能提升及产品生产方面有一定借鉴意义。Dynamic unbalance is one of the important factors which affects vibration and noise of drive axle.In order to determine the influence of dynamic unbalance on vibration and noise of drive axle,a drive axle is taken as the research object.The vibration and noise test and analysis under different working conditions,including uniform speed,acceleration and deceleration,are conducted before and after adjusting unbalance.The results show that the vibration and noise of drive axle can be obviously reduced by reducing dynamic unbalance.This research has a certain reference significance for drive axle in life,NVH performance improvement and product production.
