摘  要:采用流场可视化和地面大型物模试验研究方法,研究了旋转磨料射流流场和碳酸盐岩破碎特性。结果表明:旋转射流扩散性随着叶片扭转角度增大而增大;旋转磨料射流可有效破碎硬质碳酸盐岩,其成孔直径大且规则,壁面光滑,中心存在凸起;喷距为50 mm时,破岩直径达70 mm;在一定范围内,破岩直径随喷距、砂比的增加而增大,随喷嘴加旋截面积的减小而增大;连续送进条件下,旋转磨料射流可有效破碎锥形凸起,可连续破岩成孔,充分证明旋转磨料射流可高效破碎硬质灰岩。研究结果可望为径向水平井技术经济高效开发西部缝洞型碳酸盐岩油藏奠定基础。Swirling abrasive water jet has good diffusivity and strong rock breaking ability,which can solve the problems of low rock breaking efficiency and small pore diameter of existing radial horizontal well technology.In this paper,the flow visualization method and large scale ground physical model experiments were carried out to study the characteristics of swirling abrasive water jet in carbonate rock crushing.The results show that It is found that the diffusion of the swirling jet is good and increases with the increase of the blade torsion angle.The swirling abrasive water jet can effectively crush hard carbonate rock.Its pore diameter is large and regular,the wall surface is smooth,and there is a bulge in the center.When the spraying distance is 5 cm,the rock breaking diameter reaches 70 mm;within a certain range,the rock breaking diameter increases with the increase of spray distance and sand ratio,and decreases with the increase of nozzle rotation cross-section area;Under the condition of continuous feeding,the swirling abrasive water jet can effectively break the conical bulge and form holes continuously,which fully proves that the swirling abrasive water jet can effectively crush the carbonate rock.The research results are expected to lay a foundation for the economical and efficient development of fractured-vuggy carbonate reservoirs in Western China by radial jet drilling technology.
