复元活血汤外敷联合针刀对运动性软组织扭伤患者血液流变学及炎性因子的影响

摘　　要：目的探讨复元活血汤外敷联合针刀对运动性软组织扭伤患者血液流变学及炎性因子的影响。方法选取2019年5月—2020年9月收治的110例运动性软组织扭伤患者,按照随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组,各55例。对照组给予云南白药气雾剂治疗,观察组患者给予复元活血汤外敷联合针刀治疗,2组均治疗2周。比较2组治疗后的临床疗效,比较2组治疗前后的血液流变学指标和炎性因子水平。结果治疗后,观察组患者的治疗总有效率为98.18%,高于对照组的83.64%;与治疗前比较,治疗后2组全血高切黏度、全血低切黏度、血浆高切黏度及血清CRP、IL-6、TNF-α水平均降低,且观察组低于对照组(均P<0.05)。结论复元活血汤外敷联合针刀可以有效减轻运动性软组织扭伤患者的临床症状,改善患者的血液流变学状况,同时降低患者的炎性因子水平,提高临床治疗效果。Objective To investigate the influence of external application of Fuyuan Huoxue decoction combined with acupotomy on hemorheology and inflammatory factors in patients with sports soft tissue sprain.Methods 110 patients with sports soft tissue sprains in our hospital from May 2019 to September 2020 were selected and divided into the observation group and the control group,with 55 cases in each group.The control group was given Yunnan Baiyao aerosol treatment,and the observation group was given external application of Fuyuan Huoxue decoction combined with acupotomy.Both groups were treated for 2 weeks.The clinical efficacy after treatment was compared.The hemorheology and inflammatory factor levels before and after treatment were compared.Results After treatment,the total effective rate of treatment in the observation group was 98.18%,which was higher than that of the control group(83.64%).Compared with before treatment,the levels of whole blood high shear viscosity,whole blood low shear viscosity,plasma high shear viscosity,serum CRP,IL-6,and TNF-αlevels in the two groups after treatment decreased,and that of the observation group was lower than that of the control group(all P<0.05).Conclusion External application of Fuyuan Huoxue decoction combined with acupotomy can effectively reduce the clinical symptoms of patients with sports soft tissue sprains,improve the patient’s hemorheology,reduce the patient’s inflammatory factor levels,and improve the clinical therapeutic effect.
