摘 要:光轴稳定性是影响光学系统性能的重要因素,光机热集成分析技术是评估其影响程度的有效手段。论述了光机热集成分析技术流程,研究了基于齐次坐标变换的面型刚体位移提取方法,并基于光机热集成分析技术开展某高清电视光机系统的光轴稳定性研究。通过理论分析与实物测试的对比,验证了分析方法的正确性。分析结果表明,相对于实测值,基于光机热集成分析技术的光轴稳定性分析误差为12.1%,可有效解决高集成度复杂光学系统的光轴稳定性分析问题。The optical axis stability is an important factor affecting the performance of optical system,and the thermalstructural-optical integrated analysis is an effective evaluation method.The thermal-structural-optical integrated analysis process is expounded in this paper,and the rigid body displacement extraction based on homogeneous transformation method is studied.By the use of this technology,the optical axis stability of a HDTV optical system is studied as well.Through the comparison of theoretical analysis and physical test,the correctness of the simulation analysis method is verified.The analysis results show that,compared with the test result,the error of optical axis stability based on the thermal-structural-optical integrated analysis is 12.1%.The thermal-structural-optical integrated analysis can effectively solve the problem of the optical axis stability of highly integrated optical system.
