摘　　要：文中以帮助老年人营造可达性更好、安全性更优的社区道路空间环境为目标。将哈尔滨老旧社区定为研究基础,首先分析社区中老年住户的特征和需求;其次,对空间句法变量和适老性的联系进行阐述;最后通过对空间句法模拟数据的分析进行社区道路空间的优化研究。该研究一方面有助于改善老年住户的道路空间环境,另一方面为社会和谐发展做出贡献。An old community in Harbin was studied to create a community road space environment with better accessibility and safety for the elderly.Firstly,the characteristics and needs of the middle-aged and elderly residents in the community was analyzed.Secondly,the relationship between space syntax variables and senility is expounded.Finally,the optimization research of the community road space is carried out based on the analysis of the space syntax simulation data.The presented research helps to improve the road space environment of elderly households,which contributes to the harmonious development of society.
