摘 要:在城市道路交叉口中,车辙作为最常见的病害之一,对道路安全与驾驶舒适度造成了一定的影响。文中以青岛市火炬路局部路口车辙整治工程为例,通过对现场的调查与勘测,发现产生车辙主要在沥青混合料面层。结合原有的路面结构设计资料,在内外两个方面对车辙产生的原因进行了分析。此外,在车辙整治的方案中提出了在沥青混合料中加抗车辙剂、上面层采用高温稳定性良好的沥青玛蹄脂碎石混合料(SMA-13)、在中下面层采用粗粒料、以及增加面层总厚度等措施。这些措施可以有效的预防车辙的发生,对今后交叉口路面结构及材料的设计有一定的参考意义和经济价值。As one of the most common diseases in urban road intersections,rutting has a certain influence on road safety and driving comfort.In this paper,taking Qingdao Huoju Road local intersection rut regulation project as the case,it was found that the cause of rut mainly lies in the asphalt mixture surface layer by investigating and studying the site.Combined with the original pavement structure design data,we analyze the causes of rutting in both internal and external aspects.Additionally,mixture according to the causes of rutting,which is,SMA-13,with good high temperature stability,coarse material setting in the middle and lower surface layers,and increasing the total thickness of surface layers,etc.These measures can effectively prevent the occurrence of rutting,which has certain reference significance and economic value for the design of road structure and materials at intersections in the future.
