摘 要:本文从多个角度对比分析上海轨道交通概算编制体系与国铁概算编制体系的差异性,并得出结论:工程费用组成方面,国铁和上海轨道交通工程费用组成类别有所不同,计费基数有所不同。工程费用方面,上海轨交费用高于国铁费用。工料机方面,材料费用变化幅度不大,工机有较大差异。取费基数方面,上海轨交计费基数随着市场波动,国铁的计费基数不随市场波动。措施费和间接费对比方面,上海轨交远高于国铁,差异巨大。This papercomparatively analyzesthe differences between the Shanghai rail transit budgetary estimate compilation system and the national railway budgetary estimate compilation system from multiple anglesAnd comestothe conclusions: In terms of project cost composition, the cost composition category of the National Railway and Shanghai Rail Transit Project is different, and the billing basesare different. In terms of engineering costs, Shanghai rail transit costs are higher than national railway costs. In terms of labor, materials and machinery, the material cost has not muchchanged, but there are big differences betweenlabor and machinery. In terms of fee base, the billing base of Shanghai Rail Transit fluctuates with the market, and the billing base of National Railway does not. In terms of the comparison of measure fees and indirect fees, Shanghai Rail Transit is much higher than that of National Railways, and with huge difference.
