摘 要:为了实现煤矿井下煤水混合物的快速固液分离,便于井下巷道的煤渣迅速转运,针对煤矿用振动筛的工作流程,拟定了液压系统方案,对振动筛的各个工况进行了分析,设计了各个液压回路,详细叙述了各液压回路的组成元件和工作原理。根据振动筛的性能要求,对液压系统中的关键元件进行了选型设计,得出了压力和流量技术参数。对主要管路进行了尺寸计算,参照管道标准进行了估算取值,为类似产品液压系统设计提供了参考。In order to realize the rapid solid-liquid separation of coal-water mixture in underground coal mine and facilitate the rapid transfer of coal slag in underground roadway, a hydraulic system plan was drawn up for the working process of the vibrating screen used in coal mine, the various working conditions of the vibrating screen were analyzed and designed each hydraulic circuit. The components and working principles of each hydraulic circuit were described in detail. According to the performance requirements of the vibrating screen, the key components in the hydraulic system were selected and designed, and the technical parameters of pressure and flow were obtained. The size of main pipeline was calculated, and the estimated value was calculated with reference to the pipeline standard, which provides a reference for the design of hydraulic system of similar products.
