摘  要:针对目前硬岩定向钻进中开分支成功率不高的问题,设计了孔底马达分支钻进辅助装置。对该装置的偏重块重量及其产生的扭矩进行了设计计算;根据实际使用工况确定了伸出缸结构为柱塞缸,并参考油缸设计要求,对伸出缸关键部件进行了计算分析;对钻进过程憋压状态下配流盘的强度进行了仿真校核。Aiming at the low success rate of branch drilling in directional drilling of hard rock, an auxiliary device of hole bottom motor branch drilling was designed. The weight and torque of the counterweight block were designed and calculated. According to the actual working conditions, the structure of the extension cylinder was determined to be a plunger cylinder, and the components of the extension cylinder were calculated and analyzed with reference to the design requirements of the oil cylinder. The strength of the port plate under the pressure-out state during drilling was simulated and checked.
