摘  要:无轨车辆在具有一定速度且重载的工作环境下,对制动系统的性能要求也越来越高。当前全封闭多盘湿式制动器已经大规模应用于矿山无轨车辆上,并具有液压制动型与液压释放弹簧制动2种形式。基于全封闭多盘湿式弹簧制动器,设计了一种地下自卸车液压制动系统,详细分析了其工作原理,结合实际工况进行了相应的制动性能分析。Under the working environment of certain speed and heavy load, the performance requirements of trackless vehicle on braking system become higher and higher. At present, the fully enclosed multi-disc wet brake has been widely used in mine trackless vehicles, which has two forms of hydraulic brake and hydraulic release spring brake. Based on the fully enclosed multi-disc wet spring brake, designed a kind of hydraulic braking system of underground self-discharge tramcar, analyzed its working principle in detail, and the corresponding braking performance was analyzed in combination with the actual working conditions.
