摘 要:以径向柱塞泵的轴系结构为研究对象,从理论和仿真等方面入手,对其腔体进行力学特性分析。在35 MPa的额定工况下,首先对配流轴进行受力分析,用Solid Works进行建模,并做一定的简化处理,再用ANSYS对轴系部分进行强度和刚度的校核。结果表明,在安全系数n=3的情况下配流轴和转子的强度和刚度均满足设计要求。并对轴系部分进行了模态分析,得出了前6阶模态的固有频率、振型和最大振幅。为设计人员提供了设计思路。Taking the shaft system structure of radial piston pump as the research object, the mechanical characteristics of its cavity were analyzed from the aspects of theory and simulation. Under the rated working condition of 35 MPa, the stress analysis of the distribution shaft was carried out firstly, and the SolidWorks was used for modeling, and some simplification was made. Then ANSYS was used to check the strength and stiffness of the shaft system. The results show that the strength and stiffness of the distribution shaft and the rotor meet the design requirements under the condition of safety factor n =3. In addition, the modal analysis of shaft system was carried out, and the natural frequency, mode shape and maximum amplitude of the first six modes were obtained. It provides design ideas for designers.
