摘 要:以某锂电式电驱动井下防爆运人车为研究对象,利用MASTA软件建立了齿轮减速器的仿真模型,并对其进行振动特性分析,确定了齿轮微观修形的参数,对修形前后的响应峰值及传动误差进行了对比。结果表明,优化后的齿轮减速器振动响应峰值和传递误差得到明显降低,受力后变形减小,齿面受力更加均匀,振动特性显著改善,达到优化目的。Taking a lithium electric drive underground explosion-proof personnel carrier as the research object, the simulation model of gear reducer were established by using MASTA software, and its vibration characteristics were analyzed, the parameters of micro modification of gears were determined,and the response peak value and transmission error before and after modification were compared. The results show that after optimization, the peak value of vibration response and transmission error of the gear reducer were significantly reduced, the deformation were reduced, the force on the tooth surface were more uniform, the vibration characteristics are significantly improved, and the purpose of optimization were achieved.
