摘 要:一直以来由于无轨胶轮车传动系统匹配不佳带来的动力性、经济性问题严重困扰了井下正常生产。为了解决这一问题研究了兼顾无轨胶轮车动力性、经济性的数学模型,并在此基础上建立无轨胶轮车传动系统和燃油消耗的目标函数、约束函数,采用MATLAB遗传算法工具箱对传动系统进行优化,并在AVL-Cruise中建立胶轮车模型,对优化结果进行仿真分析。仿真结果表明,优化后胶轮车性能得到明显提升,证明了该优化方案的可行性。The problem of power performance and economy caused by the poor matching of the transmission system of the trackless rubber wheel truck has been seriously disturbing the normal production in the mine. In order to solve this problem, studied the mathematical model balanced rubber;yred truck performance and fuel economy, and based on the drive train and rubber;yred truck fuel consumption of the objective function, constraint function were established, optimized transmission system using MATLAB genetic algorithm toolbox, set up in the AVL-Cruise rubber-tyred truck model,and simulation analysis was made on the optimization results. The simulation results show that the performance of the rubber wheel truck is improved obviously after optimization.The feasibility of the optimization scheme is proved.
