摘　　要：分析了导致矿用减速器轴承孔磨损的主要原因,并制定了矿用减速器轴承位焊接修复工艺流程。详细介绍了减速器轴承位检测技术、焊接修复技术、加工技术以及校验。Analyzed the main reasons for the wear of the bearing hole of the mine reducer,and formulated the welding repair process of the bearing position of the mine reducer. Introduced in detail the detection technology, the welding repair technology, the processing technology and the verification of the reducer bearing position.
