摘  要:加卸载设备作为机载设备任务数据的中转设备,其可靠性尤为重要。结合加卸载设备的特点给出了该产品可靠性强化试验的实施流程,并且选取了某型加卸载设备开展了可靠性强化试验,找出了该设备的薄弱环节及其应力极限。研究表明,可靠性强化试验技术能够快速、高效地暴露加卸载设备的薄弱环节,对于提高加卸载设备的可靠性具有一定的参考价值。The reliability of loading and unloading equipment as the transfer equipment of airborne equipment mission data is particularly important.Combining the characteristics of the loading and unloading equipment,the implementation process of the reliability enhancement test of the product is given,and a certain type of loading and unloading equipment is selected to carry out the reliability enhancement test,and the weak link of the equipment and its stress limit are found.Studies have shown that reliability enhancement test technology can quickly and efficiently expose the weak links of loading and unloading equipment,and has certain reference value for improving the reliability of loading and unloading equipment.
