银屑病患者血清C3的表达及其与银屑病的相关性研究

摘　　要：目的评估血清补体3(C3)水平与银屑病发生以及银屑病患者代谢紊乱综合征发生之间的相关性。方法对2019年3月至2020年3月期间在两院中接受治疗的164例银屑病患者进行临床观察及研究,将其分为正常偏瘦组和肥胖组,同时将82例体检健康者纳入对照组。通过t检验以及Pearson相关性分析对C3血清浓度与PASI评分、血糖水平、血脂水平、代谢综合征发生率以及高血压发生率之间的相关性进行分析。结果与肥胖组相比,正常偏瘦组的PASI评分、血清C3水平、低密度脂蛋白(LDL)水平、三酰甘油(TG)水平、总胆固醇(TC)水平、高血压发生率以及代谢综合征发生率显著降低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。在空腹血糖(FBG)水平以及高密度脂蛋白(HDL)水平,肥胖组显著低于正常偏瘦组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。银屑病患者体内的C3水平与PASI评分、LDL水平、TG水平、TC水平以及高血压和代谢综合征发生率之间呈正相关,与HDL水平之间呈负相关,与FBG水平之间无相关性关系。结论银屑病患者血清中C3水平的上升与银屑病的发生发展密切相关,同时会造成患者脂质代谢紊乱。Objective To evaluate the correlation between C3 and psoriasis and metabolic disorder syndrome in psoriasis patients.Methods One hundred and sixty-four psoriasis patients in two hospitals from March 2019 to March 2020 were clinically observed and studied,and they were divided into normal lean group and obese group,and 82 normal people were included in the control group.The correlation between C3 serum concentration and PASI score,blood glucose level,blood lipid level,incidence of metabolic syndrome and incidence of hypertension was analyzed through t test and Pearson correlation analysis.Results Compared with obese group,PASI score,serum C3 level,low-density lipoprotein(LDL)level,triglyceride(TG)level,total cholesterol(TC)level,incidence of hypertension and metabolic syndrome in normal lean group were significantly reduced,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05),FBG level and high-density lipoprotein(HDL)level were significantly lower in the obesity group than in the normal lean group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).C3 level was positively correlated with PASI score,LDL level,TG level,TC level and incidence of hypertension and metabolic syndrome,while there was a negative correlation with HDL level and no correlation with FBG level in psoriasis patients.Conclusion The increase of C3 level in psoriasis patients is closely related to the occurrence and development of psoriasis,and can cause the disorder of lipid metabolism.
