摘　　要：目的了解北京某医疗机构人类免疫缺陷病毒(HIV)抗体的检测结果,分析门诊及住院人员HIV感染情况,为制定艾滋病的防控措施提供依据。方法回顾分析2016-2018年,采用胶体金、化学发光方法检测HIV抗体初筛的结果和免疫印迹方法检测HIV抗体确证实验的结果。结果HIV抗体免疫印迹阳性结果中,男性居多,年龄在18~40岁高发,高危行为以男男性行为居多,地域分布以河北、北京、新疆居多。结论北京某医疗机构HIV抗体的检测结果,可以看出HIV感染还有部分流行,关注高危行为人群HIV抗体的筛查。Objective To analyze the HIV infection of outpatients and inpatients by the HIV antibody test results of a medical institution in Beijing,and to provide the basis for the development of AIDS prevention and control measures.Methods The retrospective analysis was conducted for results of HIV antibody screening detected by colloidal gold and chemiluminescence,and results of HIV antibody confirming detected by Western blotting.Results Among the positive cases,most of them were male,aged 18-40.Most of the high-risk behaviors were MSM,and the geographical distribution was in Hebei,Beijing,Xinjiang.Conclusion The test results of HIV antibody in a medical institution in Beijing showed that HIV infection was still prevalent in some parts.We should pay attention to the screening of HIV antibody in high-risk people.
