摘 要:目的探讨全自动阴道炎分析仪在检测细菌性阴道炎诊断中的临床价值。方法选取2019年11月至2020年11月上海建工医院妇科门诊临床上确诊的789例阴道炎感染患者为研究对象,采用全自动阴道炎分析仪和Amsel法,分别对患者标本进行同时检测确认。结果789例阴道炎感染患者中,全自动阴道炎分析仪BV阳性率结果为22.70%(179/789),Amsel检测法检测出BV阳性患者结果;21.80%(172/789),两组试验差异无统计学意义(χ2=0.325,P>0.05),全自动阴道炎分析仪与Amsel法检测阳性结果比较以Amsel法作为参比方法,全自动阴道炎分析仪作为候选方法比较;全自动阴道炎分析仪检测的灵敏度为96.65%,特异度为97.70%,准确度为97.47%。结论全自动阴道炎分析仪操作简单,检测时间短,检测结果准确,为临床诊断细菌性阴道炎提供了有利依据。Objective To investigate the clinical value of automatic vaginitis analyzer in the diagnosis of bacterial vaginitis.Methods A total of 789 patients with vaginitis infection who were clinically diagnosed in the department of gynaecology of Shanghai Construction Engineering Hospital from November 2019 to November 2020 were selected as the research subjects.Automatic vaginitis analyzer and AMsel method were used to simultaneously detect and confirm the specimens of the patients.Results Among 789 patients with vaginitis infection,the positive rate of BV by automatic vaginitis analyzer was 22.7%(179/789),and the positive rate of BV was detected by AMSEL.21.8%(172/789),there was no significant difference between the two groups(X2=0.325,P>0.05).The positive results of automatic vaginitis analyzer and AMSEL method were compared using the AMSEL method as the reference method and the automatic vaginitis analyzer as the candidate method.The sensitivity,specificity and accuracy of automatic vaginitis analyzer were 96.65%,97.70%and 97.47%.Conclusion The automatic vaginitis analyzer has the advantages of simple operation,short detection time and accurate detection results,which provides a favorable basis for clinical diagnosis of bacterial vaginitis.
